Hello, 2 days ago i was at your store, not the first time. Very disappointed with the service about the blonde lady behind the counter.
Very rude and unpolite .just both 1 pack of pokemon card, she charged me S11.35 with tax,
I give her $ 20.00 she give me back $5.35, politely I said that was no the right chance, she start give me attitude, at that point I did say sorry lady but yuo are very unpolite, she relpy that I was unpolite, very nervous she give me back the $ 4.00 missing, I did say thank you, now you give me back the right chance. Goin out she yelled at me say don't came back.
Stop to Avondale both the same 1 package pokemon card (5 CARD INSIDE) FOR $6.99.
Something not right with that lady.

Unbelievable! I went there this morning around 2am, and got this ridiculous mess they call a 2 piece chicken!! They were obviously in there for 15 hours "that's what it seems like" it was so dry and disgusting I couldn't even bite into it!! And to add insult to injury, he only gave me 4 wedges!! Plus when I asked for a bag, he said a paper bag was 75 cents! I'll never return to that store! I might even call the health board cause I've been in the food industry myself for long enough to know you can't have food hanging there for 12 plus hours. (Not sure how long it's been there, but from my gudgement , I'm guessing 12+ hours)

Love them all all times of the day. Best times when the hot food is fresh and full up front.

On Friday, February 26th, I was paying for a lighter as well as a bag of ice. An elderly lady with short haired and glasses asked for my ID to verify my age. I handed her a $20 bill and my Ontario health card. Upon handing her my ID she started asking me what day, what year, what month I was born. I kindly told the lady that i didn't have time to all her questions and that i could provide an additional ID if needed. She spoke in a condescending tone, scoffing at my lack of time while beginning to raise her voice over mine while handing me my "change". I proceeded to walk out and when i counted my change in the car I was missing over three dollars. I went back inside to ask for the change I had been shorted and she continued the disgusting disrespect, yelling over the noise of the packed establishment. She had handed me two five dollar bills and 70 cents, but for some reason didn't hand me the other three dollars. When she owned up to shorting me, she pulled it from her pocket where i assume she put it rather than handing it to me, pocketing the change that was rightfully mine--and committing embezzlement, a serious crime. I phoned the manager letting her know of the theft, asking for her to simply speak with her employee. I was yelled at through the phone and told that the cashier stated I "threw five dollars at her". That is false and is slander as receipts will show i paid over $10 for my items--and as cameras would show i very respectfully handed this elderly woman a $20 bill. This cashier who refused to give her name in fear of consequences from management has committed theft and embezzlement as well as slander on my name. I urge 7-11 to take action but doubt much will be done as the manager is just as calloused and condescending as this criminal cashier. Quite sad to see the lengths an individual will go to for a measly three dollars. I wish this elderly woman the best of luck to get out of her miserable mood and hope she steers from clear of the criminal life she chose today.

They're alright and convenient but you need to read the expiry dates on things!!! They sell things a day away from expiring and I've been a victim of not reading before buying but they do not keep on top of that.

There are only three 7/11s in the Niagara Peninsula that have the full range of cooked chicken, and this Thorold store is one of them. They're really good cooks, always enjoying any of their hot food. Grabbing a big piece of chicken, a pizza slice with a bag of chips and pop was a picnic for me during the pandemic.

The staff and management allow non-service dogs into this food store. This is against Public Health rules. I have already contact corporate and Public Health. I really don’t want dog fur in my hotdog. Thanks.

Please bring back the frog water slurpee flavour. I beg. I would do anything for it. I hate driving all the way to north end St. Catharines for a frog water. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please.
