I told him to look up a different car for this Toyota part still no luck. I found LKQ through an internet search, not only did he find what I needed,the part was new, he gave it to me for a reduced price and I picked it up the next day. “Great customer service (the guy below seems to mix up customer service and issues of the 2020 "situation"). Yes, sometimes you catch them on a very busy day, when they are shuffling a lot of inquiries. But keep that in mind, they are servicing hundreds of customers a day. Generally I get all my parts at really competitive pricing, super fast (same day, or no later than next day). I still can't figure out what kind of logistics magic they do to make this happen so fast.”
