  I don't have personal experience with the food they supply but I just had one of their trucks tailgate me for several kilometers on the highway. The driver then decided to flash his lights even though I was matching there speed of the vehicle in front of me. He then proceeded to switch lanes erratically and cut off another driver.

  Such a terrific grocery store in Thorold! Not the biggest place, but they offer a wide variety of food items, both grocery and pre made, for great prices! Definitely recommend this place and it is a weekly staple in my grocery routine. As a student, I really appreciate the great prices and healthy and fast options.
