This sports store is massive and has everything you possibly could find here. The staff is great and they are very helpful, but I’ve still experienced some negative things here.I called asking if they had mystery mini sticks here. The person on the phone ensured me they had some left in stock. I took the time to stop here half an hour of my drive to find absolutely nothing in stock. It really sucked when I found out they were sold out YESTERDAY.Besides that miscommunication, I still rely on this place as my go-to for hockey supplies and stock. But yes, that experience I had wasn’t great.

Nothing but great things to say about Front Row Sports! I went in to get new skates and the staff were extremely helpful. They took the time to get to know me and my game as well as my budget. Their domain knowledge was very insightful and it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Was at the store tonight checking out hockey sticks and despite being super busy and understaffed, Tallis (sp)? Was extremely helpful and kinda to my two boys.Giving them shooting tips and suggesting different sticks.Very kind and helpful.Definitely be back.

I went into the store today, as I was referred to by a friend who had recently dealt with Tales. He couldn’t say enough good things about him, today I fully understood exactly what he meant!To say I was impressed with the wide selection of goalie equipment and the customer service we received not only from Tales but everyone in the store is an understatement!!

I gave my cycle for a 'tune up' and safety check and was informed same completed. However when I went last week for pickup, I discovered that nothing had been done in the 'tune up' which costs 100+. Wire and cable was rusted and close to breaking point, when pulled out in my presence.Had to keep the cycle there again for a few days.Please check and verify if the job is done or not, else you may get charged uselessly!

On Saturday June 10 I went to the store for the first time. Impressed by the size and inventory.I wanted to make some additions to my Yuba Mundo. It spoke with a very helpful bike mechanic. He advised several options and recommended parts to make my 1x7 into a 21 speed. I took all the parts home and was up a rolling in 45 minutes. All the parts fit correctly on the bike and seamlessly worked together.I will plan to return to this shop next time I need bike parts. I will not try the Fonthill branch store first, I'll go straight to this big store.

Staff answered a product question online almost with no delay and the order was received next day in Waterloo, which was amazing. Great store with great pricing.

A gem of a bike shop (among other things in the Thorold store). I presented myself with a unique problem--a misplaced thru-axle--and was treated to immediate service. They had what I needed, and I was in and out of the store in ten minutes or less. This shop carries some excellent bikes, parts, and accessories.
