Nothing but 5 stars. The food is exceptional. My Italian friends all buy from here. They don’t bother cooking anymore!! What really makes the store though is the people who are running it. You are taken back to someone’s Italian grandmothers kitchen. Go and see for yourself. Enjoy!!!

I live in Alberta but order 30 pounds of sauce and meat balls at a time to bring home every time I visit.. the meat balls are like no other and the sauce is incredible. Thank you so much!

Let me start by saying that John’s Meat Shop has some extremely fresh products. I called ahead to see what kind of sandwiches they offered and John recommended I have their chicken cutlet sandwich. This sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bread bun was amazingly fresh and the roasted red peppers and spread were flavourful with a nice hint of spice. I genuinely really enjoyed this sandwich and could not even eat the whole thing! For $9 it does not get better than that. They only accept cash or cheque! Amazing customer service, fresh meats,sauces, and cheese and extremely fair prices. I will definitely be going back to try the meatball sub and some in-house made fresh daily bolognese sauce. Thank you for a lovely lunch!

Best meatballs, don't waste my time to make my own any more because theirs are better. Fish on Fridays is the only kind not from a restaurant my family will eat, and they still prefer John's! Remember to bring cash

By far the best meatballs and sauce around. The prizes are reasonable and the eggplant and chicken parmesan are so delicious, highly recommend this to everyone
