The staff here are amazing! They are so kind and incredibly caring, I always leave here with a smile :) I've moved out of Thorold years ago, but still keep this as my main Pharmacy just because I love the people and the service so much. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this pharmacy for all my prescriptions for 10+ years and they've always been soo good to me and my mom. They're always super nice on the phone when calling for refills (which are often same day), and even more pleasant in person. Never feeling judged when picking up a prescription, or when asking questions. If there's a problem with insurance, they always do the best they can to find a solution and give clear instructions if I need to contact the insurance company. They even advised me when my medication was discontinued after this last refill, and gave me the exact name of another prescription I should ask my doctor to replace it with, to make sure I wouldn't be left without. I make a point to bring my prescriptions from the walk-in clinic to them, rather than using the walk-in's pharmacy.

Pharmaviva has an amazinga team of people.
Baher Khoury, Salim, and all of the staff at Pharmaviva are amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough and professional. The level of helpfulness and kindness is astounding and exceeds any pharmacy I have been to in many years.
These are people I trust my life with and know they will take care of my prescriptions, getting them right and going out of their way to make sure I have the correct medicines and am happy.
I highly recommend this pharmacy located in Thorold, Ontario and cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service they are providing and with true genuine joy to do so!

Best pharmacy in the world they really care about you and will go above and beyond the call of duty too help you with what you need . The staff there is kinda n caring they know your name as soon as you walk in quick an friendly service . The owner are some of the most knowledgeable and truthful pharmacist I've ever meet . 5 out of 5 stars for sure .
