We called to request a quote for a move from TB to Southern Ontario and spoke with 'Steve'. He promised to provide a quote via email by the end of that day. That did not happen. We called again yesterday and left msg with reception, as well as leaving vm message for Steven. Another day has gone by, no contact. We will be looking elsewhere. Don't bother following up 'Steve'. Brutal.

This company is garbage. My mom purchased a fridge from Home Depot early November and this company claims they called and attempted a delivery on November 18. No phone call or voicemail or appt was scheduled. The fridge has been sitting in their warehouse from November 18 until today, December 14th and no one has reached out during this time to “re-deliver” the fridge. The only reason I found out about this was I called Home Depot today as we were told December 15 as a delivery date. My mom has been without a fridge for over a month, and it’s Christmas time. It seems to me from other reviews Armstrong has been doing this with other customers. Home Depot should never be using this company for their deliveries. This has been escalated higher up.Update! They bring a damaged fridge today! How convenient! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The driver Ben was given the proper equipment, to move the heavy heavy Home Depot shower kit, phoned and double checked, followed my instructions for placement in the house garage . A good man doing ‘face to face’ good work.. welcome back.However the Home Depot Chat Bot that phoned later on, while I was installing products was impatient, very fast , would not listen - just another dumb AI chatbot used by idiot marketing teams. It used a 1-5 or was it 5-1 system ? Saying Like”WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE.... xyz “ questions, then that AI allowed no time for the requested voice comments which I wasted my time trying to leave..., ( it is called Leadership using Political Intelligence- taught in business schools since 2007. Which produces Anxiety in employees, and monitors their fear. But is actually trauma induced by bullying. Not 1990’s Emotional intelligence - which Political Intelligence is trying to pretend to include by these surveys and reward for good customer surveys.So managers please be good to Ben, he is the best !

Nathan, Ryan, and Tristen did a great job delivering my packages. They were fast and courteous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.Edit:I received a second delivery from this company, and this time was quite disappointed. Not only was the product damaged in 2 places, but my neighbour witnessed them drop the entire washing machine straight onto the ground. When he tried to call to let the company know, no one even bothered to answer the phone.

Nathan & Tristen delivered our fridge and stove today. Delivery was fast, even though the washer and dryer didn’t fit they tried to get it downstairs anyways.

Best movers in Thunder bay! Nathan, Ryan, and Tristen have delivered appliances to me twice now and both times they went above and beyond! They make sure everything is perfect and there are no issues at all. They even installed the appliances! I couldn't have asked for better people! Would definitely use this company again!!!
