“The staff at CarStaff were kind and helpful and the work to complete my car was thorough. Timing was the ONLY drawback, but it was all understandable. It took almost three months for to get my car in for repairs (they’re busy, I know ?) and their initial timeline was 5 days for repairs and it took 3.5 weeks- but they were honest and transparent about why, they cannot control part deliveries and thorough with quality control. I’d bring my car back should I need it again.”

Last Thursday I was in Thunder Bay for the day ( I live about a 3 hour drive out of town ) when my truck engine stopped working, I was able to limp it to this part source and use their OBD scanner to diagnose the issue, but the part needed and they even loaned me the tools I needed because ofcourse I didn’t have any. They came out and checked on me to make sure everything was okay too which I didn’t expect but very much appreciated. They saved me an overnight trip in Thunder Bay and a trip to the mechanics. They absolutely saved the day and honestly if I could give them a higher rating than 5/5 I would because with the customer service I received I was absolutely blown away by.
