I found them while passing through the area on an across-country trip from British Columbia to the east coast in North Carolina in my 2006 Dodge Sprinter converted campervan. “We had an excellent experience with Rob and Sam while traveling with our motorhome. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible, managing to take care of us the same day.
They replaced all four RV tires and also did the balancing. The work was done quickly but with great attention to detail and a lot of care, which we really appreciated.

“I was in Thunder Bay visiting my son who is a student at Lakehead, and I asked H & H if they could replace the windshield washer fluid pump in his 2005 Matrix. The woman at the front desk was very polite and fit me in at 8:00 AM the next morning. The mechanic quickly determined that the washer fluid had froze and that the pump still worked, they thawed it out, drained it, and I was on my way in 45 min! I’m very grateful for their flexibility and skill, and I would send my son there again if he ever needs any work done on his car.”
