“My truck started making a noise in Westfort a few days ago. Drove straight to Gradner’s, I haven’t used them before but my Dad has multiple times and has been extremely happy (which isn’t easy). Ian’s team was down a guy but said he would do his best to get to it in a timely fashion. To my surprise, a day later the truck was fixed, the service was great; the team was extremely personable and the digital report from the technician was a great touch. The Price I felt was more than fair and they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a quick Easy fix. Will definitely be using them Again!”

“I went for my new all seasons. The team and management was really helpful with selection through to the installation. Special thanks to the manager, the team found oil leak under my car and I asked them to inspect my car for the leak was ready to pay for it. Fortunately, I had a honest suggestion from the store manager, he advised me to go back to the store where i have done my last oil change as he believed the leak was due to oil plug. When i went to them it was exact same problem as described by the kal tire store manager.Its realy hard to find people with such honesty special thanks to him.”

“I’ve been going to Airlane automotive for years. It used to be Airlane towing actually. Only time I don’t go to him is when he’s 2 weeks backed. But as much as possible to I get Charlie to repair my vehicles. I know I will get decades worth of experience, quality work and honesty. Multiple times I’ve brought my vehicle in thinking it would cost me over a thousand and it turns out to be only a couple hundred. I was in today and some fella went to pick up his vehicle from what he thought was a full brake job. I overheard their conversation and when the fella asked how much, Charlie replies with “nothing free of charge. All I had to do is clean the rust off your brakes and noise is gone.” Then hands him the keys. That’s the kind of honest service you’ll get from Charlie. And that’s why most his customers keep coming back.”
