“We were driving from Sault Ste Marie to Thunder Bay (on our way to Vancouver) and started to get vibrations when braking. I went to this Midas shop first thing the next morning to see if they could squeeze me in. At first the manager said they were booked up, but then said if an appointment was late or didn’t show up they would take me in. Half an hour later my car was on the hoist and I was out of there and back on the road by 10 am, only 2 hours later than I would have been without the repair. The manager was very understanding and friendly, and as far as I’m concerned went above and beyond to accommodate me. I highly recommend this place.”
