“I had a great experience with this dealership! They fixed the paint bubbling on my GMC Sierra AT4, and they did an amazing job. The repair turned out perfect, and you can’t even tell there was ever an issue. The staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They also cleaned my truck before giving it back to me, which was a really nice surprise and definitely appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks again for taking such good care of my truck!”

“Grassia’s is hands-down the best body shop in town! Their work and service is absolutely unmatched! Dave was incredibly helpful after my car got hit in explaining my options and was very accommodating with vehicle pick-up and drop off times. He made the whole process a breeze! His quotes were the easily the best in town, turnaround time was quick, and their quality of work can’t be beat! Truck came back repaired like new as well as thoroughly cleaned which was a pleasant surprise! Without question, I’ll be a repeat customer for all my vehicle needs.”

“Car engine started to stumble on my way from North Bay to Manitoby when I got to the traffic lights in TBay. Pleaded with Dealer. They had nothing for a week. They said give Preffed Auto a try they service Subarus as well. I had the pleasure of dealing with Stacie. They had a full day but they would see if they could squeeze me in. Dialogue with Stacie and techs was a pleasure. They had me out the door with new coils by 3:00. Great job, great service, highly recommend. I would have gave 5 stars if it were not for the exterior appearance. Put up an awning, clean up, cladding maybe.. make it as warm outside as it is inside the building. Thanks again !”

“Great service, these guys are fast and have fair prices. They will never do the greasy nonsense that we have all grown to fear. This is the bar that all automotive repair shops should strive for.”

“This man is conservative to the best ways to change the oil. You can see the oil being added.... Not the automated pooring machine that could be adding air for a fake oil change... UnLike many modern shops... You know it's been done and you didn't get ripped off... Money well spent! I recommend!!”

“Honestly so happy I found Roslyn Auto! My coworker recommended them after I had taken my car somewhere else and was quoted an insane amount. Mike and Travis were both so nice and actually took the time to explain everything to me. They showed me what was going on with my car and were really honest about what needed to be done now vs. what could wait. They also quoted me about HALF of what I was quoted at the other place, which was such a relief. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to get me to fix things I didn’t need to right away. They were super patient and helpful the whole time (despite me probably asking the same question multiple times). Definitely will be going back and recommending them to everyone!!”

“We’re from Manitoba and were just passing through the area when our car broke down. A friend recommended this shop to us, and we’re so glad they did! The front desk staff were really friendly and understanding. They knew we were in a hurry to get home and kindly asked us to wait just a little while. The mechanic was very professional and did a wheel alignment for us. He also explained exactly what was wrong with the car. We really appreciate their help and excellent service!”

“After one dealership gaslit me into thinking I needed a full seatbelt buckle replacement for my flashing dash lights, Wilf’s proved them wrong. Roy, Taylor, and the team actually listened - turns out the real culprit was a dead auxiliary battery. My concerns were valid, my instincts were right, and I drove away feeling heard and respected. Integrity. Kindness. The ability to listen. That’s Wilf’s. ? Thank you!!”

“We had an excellent experience with Rob and Sam while traveling with our motorhome. They were very kind, helpful, and flexible, managing to take care of us the same day. They replaced all four RV tires and also did the balancing. The work was done quickly but with great attention to detail and a lot of care, which we really appreciated. On top of that, the price was fair and reasonable. We left very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs tire work. It was truly a pleasure to be helped by them.”

“Pam was wonderful at helping us find the perfect trailer for our family. We love that our girls each have their own bed in the bunkhouse with room for all of our dogs too. There are lots of sleeping options for when friends join us as well. On rainy days there’s lots of space for us all to hang out inside playing games, watching movies and cooking meals. We love that despite the size of the unit, we can easily haul it with our 1/2 tonne truck because it is way lighter than other brands.”

“We are a transport company and have been picking up vehicles from another company in Thunder Bay, which has unfortunately been a frustrating experience for a number of reasons. Over the past couple of months, it has been a refreshing change to work with Central. They put in noticeable effort and attention to ensure that when our drivers arrive, everything is ready and there are absolutely no delays. They also make sure the drivers are well taken care of, which we greatly appreciate.Thank You Central!!!”
