“We are a transport company and have been picking up vehicles from another company in Thunder Bay, which has unfortunately been a frustrating experience for a number of reasons. Over the past couple of months, it has been a refreshing change to work with Central. They put in noticeable effort and attention to ensure that when our drivers arrive, everything is ready and there are absolutely no delays. They also make sure the drivers are well taken care of, which we greatly appreciate.Thank You Central!!!”

“The people that work here are AMAZING special shout out to Hunter and Ernest who went way above and beyond for me. Last Thursday I was in Thunder Bay for the day ( I live about a 3 hour drive out of town ) when my truck engine stopped working, I was able to limp it to this part source and use their OBD scanner to diagnose the issue, but the part needed and they even loaned me the tools I needed because ofcourse I didn’t have any. They came out and checked on me to make sure everything was okay too which I didn’t expect but very much appreciated. They saved me an overnight trip in Thunder Bay and a trip to the mechanics. They absolutely saved the day and honestly if I could give them a higher rating than 5/5 I would because with the customer service I received I was absolutely blown away by. You guys are friggen awesome. Keep on doing you!! Sincerely a very thankful and happy customer ?”
