Completely ridiculous that you can’t call the store directly. We ordered an expensive camera and we asked it to be sent to the store for pickup NOT delivery to our address. But on the receipt it says they selected delivery. We can’t even call the specific store to get it resolved.

Walked in to look at new phones and immediately walked out. I’m not trying to be mean but holy BO! The stench was overwhelming. My eyes were watering. Employees should be required to have basic hygiene.

It’s an okay store but not my favorite.There’s this guy by the dishwashers, fridge and stoves that keeps looking at natives and not even talking to them or even helping them.I saw a worker talking to a native guy in a negative tone or didn’t want to help him. I just glanced at the worker. Terrible not only to native people but just plain rude that one worker. Avoid some rude workers and just walk away and look for a better worker who’s better at doing their job.

Horrible delivery service. I had a treadmill delivered and we met with nothing short of complaining, swearing and was even asked to pick to the box when I corrected the weight of the item. Instead of picking up the box ( there were 3 workers ), they dragged it across my flooring, scratching it. When I pointed it out I was informed that I signed a waiver. The worker with the long hair was unprofessional and I was glad to see him leave. Avoid getting items delivered if possiible!!

Signed up for new phones in June and received a $300 gift card from Bestbuy. Placed an order the next day which included the phone cases and a couple preorder movies. Fast forward to September I receive an email saying that there was insufficient funds from my bank and my last item was being held. No proof of purchase from Bestbuy because the card was free and they want me to jump through hoops to be told sorry over and over again. This is the second time this has happened to me and only from Bestbuy. Horrible, horrible to deal with. I finally just hung up on them. Would give a lower score if it was possible.So update as you can see below the typical computer generated response I received. They want me to basically do the same thing that I just explained that I already did on two occasions. I messaged, called, and visited the store. The contact page they want to send me to is all that except visiting the store. Send me a message to pacify the customer into making others believe you are actually doing something. Thank you for nothing Bestbuy.

I highly recommend Best Buy as the staff is amazing. I was assisted by the amazing Ashley, who was awesome. She had all the information I needed to help order appliances and also get financing. Nick entered my order and was awesome to deal with too. Very happy with their exceptional service.

Shout out to one of the associates : Caleb ... great guy, helped me a lot today as I was looking for an empty box (HP All in one desktop). Patiently, he took his time, went to the back, and got me an empty box !!!

Very rude, treated as if i was poor and would not buy anything there. As soon as I walked into the headphones sections and was never greeted, they proceeded to walk away and not talk to me until I approached them. And even then, would never speak directly to me. I advise buying online and not dealing with that poor sales staff there.

bought 2 laptops from best buy and bought geek squad membership for a year and after a year i don’t wanna renew it but they are forcing me to renew it and also hiding important points in contract so i request to all please read contract carefully before signing it and their customer service is worst won’t buy anything from there again

May be stay away from this business. They have no customer service. They sell products you wouldn't find parts for, even batteries. They don't have any information about the manufacturers, so that you could google and contact to find out where you can purchase replacement battery. Local stores have no phone number to contact, so you have to go through 1-800 number, where you will be send to the website. if you manage to get through to a person after spending at least half an hour choosing different options, they can't offer you any help. They don't even have a messenger on their facebook page. Amazingly unprofessional in so many way. I almost never write reviews, but for this business to have no customer service is shocking, considering how huge it is.

Hours of Operation need to be adjusted 11am to 7pm is just ridiculous. Futureshop before was till 11pm why such limited hours wouldn't you want to make more $$$$$

Purely based on the hours. Why are you only open 11-7? I get some places being short staffed, but there are plenty of potential employees out there looking for work so there’s no reason to be short staffed right now, especially considering you’re retail and literally anyone can work that job as it doesn’t require any sort of diploma or education.Your hours should be 9am or earlier, stop being lazy, get up early and go to work.
