“I was in to the shop a few weeks ago to look at bikes for my son. They weren’t quite out yet with the change of seasons but the staff at the shop helped me pick a model, and size it with a promise to call me when they had been built and were ready to try. As promised I received a text a week or so later letting me know it was ready to try. Today, we ensured the bike fit my son properly and outfitted him with a helmet and accessories.
