2 stars is a generous amount for this location. There is a man that works here that treats customers just awful and I don't understand how he is still employed at this location. Secondly, you would be better off throwing your packages off a cliff because at least you would know where they end up. My packages are not all scanned in at the time of dropoff and they won't show up in tracking until they are out for delivery days later. Unacceptable

The manager, a middle aged white man, has been treating customers with hostility as well as his employees which can be visibly observed by customers. He was seen as being aggressive towards employees when asked a simple question or something that shouldn’t set a normal person off. I myself, have seen the acts while simply picking up a package and it is getting to a point where I worry for not only the employees well-being but for their safety. This person should not be a manager or even work in such an environment that involves retail or customers service.

I paid for express which it’s supposed to take 3 days for my package to get where I wanted it to go and it took 8days ! And it’s due to processing error! So I spent that much money just for it take that long!? Ridiculous

As you know, Canada Post has the WORST shipping service in Canada. Plus the mindless and the under training employees from this branch, It took a YEAR to receive an envelope from my friend.

I don't understand all the negative reviews here; I've had nothing but amazing service each time I come to this location to either collect or send items. Tonight in particular (Jan. 17, 2023 @ 6:30pm or so), we were served by Justine, who could not have been more helpful. I watched her give great service, not only to me and my partner, but to the fellow who was in front of us in line who was clearly confused about what to do and who to talk to at Canada Post about not receiving his deliveries to his apartment building.Not only did she assist us with making sure some very important documents were properly bundled to get where they need to go, she also assisted me with how to set up a FlexDelivery account, as I've also had serious trouble receiving online purchases to our apartment building in the last year. I'm hoping this will be the answer I've been looking for to correct that problem. Thank you, Justine! You're a rock star!

Waited over 20 mins with ONE PERSON ahead of me in line. Not the first time I’ve had to wait a ridiculously long time to pick up a package. Not sure why I’m complaining because obviously nothing will be done.

They’ve lost my passport, and they are not even ready to give me a proper response. They are the worst courier service in Canada. Careless, irresponsible, unprofessional.

Here twice in 2 hours: sign saying open at 2:15... here at 2:50, sign says open at 3:15. Complained to 1 of only 3 Shopper's staff on floor incl. 1 cashier with 12-15 customers in the store. Here? Never again.

Horrible service. I hope no one else pays extra for express shipping. My package has been sitting in the post office for more then a week and has not been delivered. Called Canada post and they said there is nothing they can do, this is simply unacceptable.
