Seems like every time I go here there's nothing in stock even if it's listed online. I can't be bothered to find one of the few kids that are on the floor to ask them about it anymore, it's never amounted to anything. Save your time. Go to Walmart or Home Depot instead.

Checkouts are faster, yay!! Always good products. Bought our Weber BBQ at Canadian.Update: I just got a Paderno Pizza Stone. They had very little BBQ accessories, but it's February, so we'll go back and get the Weber BBQ Stone when they have summer stock in.

Love going here and ending up with +3 things I didn't intend on buying, always great pricing. I cannot believe the selection for gardening supplies, and the pets section has some variety to! Big parking lot, and there is a gas bar close by

My recent visit to the Canadian Tire auto center was a mixed bag. I can't speak highly enough about Paul, the manager, who showcased excellent customer service skills. Paul was not only helpful but also demonstrated a genuine concern for my needs.However, the service from another staff member, whom I regretfully can't recall by name, was less than satisfactory. This individual, characterized by eyeglasses and a heavier build, appeared disengaged and somewhat ignored customer needs. It was disappointing to observe a lack of attentiveness during my interaction.Despite booking an appointment and dropping off my vehicle, there were instances where spare parts were unavailable, leading to frustrating delays.For Paul's exceptional service, I would gladly give a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by the inconsistency in service from other team member

It's become a pretty common occurrence to see items listed as in stock online but when you get to the store, it's not. When you ask someone to see if perhaps it's just not on the shelf they say they don't have time or don't have to look because they know. It's essentially pointless to go here anymore unless it's for something simple like wiper blades or camp gas. Things you can get from a local supplier for the same prices anyways.

When renovating, the staff aren't told where the product is hidden. Quite annoying to have to go to another store when the staff are as lost as the customer.

Canadian Tire is Canadian Tire. I have found, however, at this location there is a serious problem with properly labeling the products. Sometime customers put things in the wrong place, and I understand that. I have had several experiences now where they have just mislabeled the shelf. This causes frustration because customer service is always busy.
