The Church also hosts community recovery meetings and events in lower level space with kitchen access. There is a children's room avaklable as well.”

“Very open to all, not just Christians. This is mostly volunteer-run, with a few permanent workers only. They provide housing in multiple locations of Thunder Bay, and in the Abbey itself is a women's shelter.I like meditating in the prayer tower. Lots of interesting folx eat at their table for lunch time and I've enjoyed interacting with people from all walks of life there.Coffee quality is tied for 2nd in terms of taste city wide. I won't say who is #1, or who it is tied with. They get fresh beans from a Canadian company, JJ Bean.”
