Easily Accessed from the main campus, lacks an adequate amount of weight room, it feels cramped around the basketball court.However the court and above track are well kept and provide plenty of opportunities for a good variety of sports.

Decent gym, wide range of equipment. Free parking for non-students paying to go, just have to ask for a parking pass when you check in at the desk unless you have a annual membership then you get a pass to use for the year.However, students aren't allowed to use the parking lot even if they're using the gym so they have to park elsewhere and walk over, I think this is pretty dumb, if a student is checking into the front desk to use the gym they should at least be given a day parking slip like non-students get. (I'm not a student by the way, I just think it's unfair considering it's a mandatory portion of each students tuition to pay to use the wellness centre)

Incredible place for everyone from Confederation. It's a wonderful place to running, to play pingpong, badminton, basketball, soccer and others. The view from the second floor of Wellness is really beautiful. I hope one day can be able to explain better this places, with more details. In spanish: Un lugar espectacular para practicar deportes. 100% recomendado.

Good variety of equipment, however, there is only one squat rack inside. There is also an available gymnasium. Usually doesn't take too long to fix the equipment, but does take a while to replace the water fountain filter.

Newly build gym. Running tracks are situated on the first floor and gym on the ground floor. Equipments are brand new. Access for confederation college students is free. Sign in using Collegr id.
