“I was happy to have been compensated for 2 issues I had encountered when purchasing a mattress, electric range & dishwasher. Due to a mix with delivery (not delivered on date arranged) & some misinformation on the mattress the manager & sales associate Owen compensated me with a store credit which I used towards an adjustable bed frame. Will I continue to shop at Leon's Thunder Bay? Absolutely!!”

“The staff is always so amazing, helpful, and friendly But I think I was overcharged yesterday. I bought some stuff on a 'Buy 3, Get 1' deal, but the cashier forgot to take off the $19 discount, so I ended up paying $80. (She was so lovely and friendly tho, probably just forgot) I hope I can get that $19 credited toward my next visit..”

“Great place, good selection, awesome people. Leasing has way more benefits than I expected, and it’s a great service to get ownership of household items without needing any credit or upfront cash.”

“I've been dealing with them for years. Thunder bays only electronics store. I'm often surprised at just how much he has in stock. If you don't see it on the shelf, ask him as it may be in the back.”

“Just wanted to say thank you for taking me on such short notice yesterday. I could not be happier with how my system sounds. I didn't catch his name but the installer knew what he was doing. My system has never sounded this good. He knows how to properly tune amplifiers to bring them to life. Thanks again guys. Clean install and didn't brake anything. That's a plus.”
