“Monday the 25th of May, Shruti went above and beyond to help me get my new phone up and running after I was pickpocketed a couple days before. I was getting the run around from 4 other stores/phone providers who's employees ended up giving me misinformation and no assistance with even just the outright PURCHASE of a phone. “Everything was great, only thing I had an issue was I didn’t receive bags for the removal of the matress and box spring. So I had to use the bags off the new ones in order to have the items taken. But other than that it was great quality items, and the delivery persons were great with the inconvenience”
