Disappointed to say the least, the lady behind the counter wasn't the professional, lovely ladies I have been used to dealing with for the last 5 years. Ronnie made that store what it is.Lately the lady behind the counter doesnt know products, where theyre located, doesnt know discounts or sale pricing and she isn't friendly.Come to find out, Ronnie had been enquiring about a raise( as she deserved) but was refused. Come to find out they hired the new manager whom took over her position at a higher rate than what she was asking.Super disappointed but ESP thunder bay has lost and will continue to loose some loyal clientele.Poor business decision on ESP.
