“One of Thunder Bay great stores unfortunately they don’t have a phone anymore. Or it is incredibly busy and hard to get through by phone at times… maybe time to invest in dual lines!!! But having the option to email them is also helpful in these circumstances.
Used to shop there quite a bit, but have now started shopping at Kelly’s nutrition on red River Road. Both great stores….. I will continue to shop at Tim’s, but it’s nice to have other options. I first met Tim at Janzens many years ago he’s a master of his craft!!! Tim’s seems to stock a lot of product that is not available at other locations.
I am thinking that the phone may be disconnected and they are only using it for voicemails? I was able to get through after about an hour.

“Bulkzone is one of my favourite establishments in Thunder Bay, they always have a ginormous and diverse selection of imported goods and specialty items. Shopping for staples and pantry goods brings down the price of groceries for me, while also being able to shop locally. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always working hard.”
“I have had nothing but great experiences. Yes, occasionally more time is spent with a customer than one would like but regardless, when your time comes around it is totally committed. Yes, I may have to wait 10 minutes but when my turn comes, it is worth waiting. If you want quick Walmart service then go to a big corporation. Myself, I prefer family customer service. We need to preserve our small,local enterprises…truly.”
