“I'll start with the ONLY thing I didn't like, I went to breakfast at 9am and there was almost nothing. Not sure if it's because they ran out of stuff but I would recommend not counting on the breakfast here. Okay now for everything else! Very nice staff, quick check in, excellent amount of privacy and the room!!!! Holy cow the room is SO NICE! they clearly just renovated and it is absolutely gorgeous I was so impressed that it looked that nice and was such an incredible price. Highly recommend. Be aware though, neighborhood is dodgy, not good at night for lone women”

“Service was great and rooms were clean. Hotel very run down and really needs an update. Dog friendly - but bring your own poop bags as they have no stations around the building. Elevator doesn't work (and appears to have been out of order for quite some time), so make sure to request 1st floor if you can't handle the stairs.I'd stay here again for the right price, but would love to see them invest a little into this place, bathtub was gross, paint was very chipped in room, no landscaping. Not huge issues but would make a huge difference.Rooms: Clean but very run down.Safety: Not the best area it seemed. Lots of shady people hanging around. No real issues for us though, just an observation. Door locks worked.Food & drinks: They have breakfast but it wasn't good. Just bagels, toast, and hard boiled eggs. Toaster took forever.Noteworthy details: No dog poop stations so bring your own bags and had to toss in trash next to doors. Gross smell for others using trash.No working Elevator”
