It was my first time in their store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Directed me to the right products and helped me pick out what I needed. Products came highly recommended and the price was less than I was expecting.

Just getting back to the hobby after a 25 yr pause. There is a very good selection of models and supplies, and the staff were friendly and provided a lot of advice, but no sales pressure. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back

Lakehead Models was opened in October, 2003 with the idea of creating a store for people that share the joy of building, flying, racing or just enjoying scale models. The business has evolved, over the years, based solely upon the requests and needs of the customers. Today it is a comfortable store, like no other, where you can come in and share your experience, enjoy your hobby or introduce your children to a hobby you enjoyed as a child.
