I had a gift that needed to be exchanged; Marks just needed the receipt and was able to make an exchange for another product with ease. I additionally bought some shoes that I’m happy with.

Store was pretty messy, I had a hard time finding the boots that were on display

When one can find staff, they are helpful for locating product. Marks usually has what I go there for & inventory is deep. I benefitted from an ongoing sale. I like the product lines that they carry.
