I love this place. Always have. Products and quality far out way any minor customer service issues. Can always find something that replaces out of stock items. Spend more than $300 and they'll waiver the .75 fee for a bag to take your purchases home in.

Went for Chelsea style boots. The ones on the website weren't on display. Employee working that section made absolutely no effort to check the web.

I bought boots, sneakers and a t-shirt out there. Everything is good. I got a good discount. The seller said that the cashier doesn't know about the discount and it was a little strange. But finally she gave me a 25% discount for my new work boots. The guy who helped me just showed me a pair and left me alone. I found other things by myself.

It is challenging to locate products, and the cleanliness could be improved. Unfortunately, there were no floor staff available to assist the customers. This is a situation I have not encountered in recent years.

I will give it a 5 star,cause when I order ppe and I received it in wrong colour I was disappointed, but the Manager apologized for the Mistake due to the people who sent it out,I was pleased and surprised that I received at discount on my order. Thank-you.
