Service was decent but having the doors locked during open hours and requiring ID proof just to enter is a little strange, might have to move on guys, sorry.

I called two weeks ago asking about a mortgage. They said it could take 7 business days. Waited, called back twice. Still no phone call. Bad customer service.

Always closes early! since they close @5:00, always having to leave work early in hopes they’re still open by 4:30. #1 reason to switch banks.
