This was a fun gym to workout in. It was clean and had great equipment. All the patrons were friendly and helpful! I will be getting a membership after my positive experience.

Te equipment is a little old, I couldn’t event tell what size of dumbbells I was grabbing. Price is pretty okay for what you get and location is good if you live close downtown :)

Not so many machines or not anything fancy, but have everythjng you need to get fit and maintain. The place is 24 hrs and no rush as well. Easy option for PA side residents.

Only gym I’ve been to but I love it! Has everything you need, and 24/7 is a huge bonus. I’d highly recommend, positive atmosphere, didn’t feel out of place as a beginner

First time going there today, and honestly, it’s not bad of a gym! I will be going there more often. The owner seemed like a good person, it’s locally owned and I support that! Overall it’s a good gym with less people and it gots all the equipment I need!

Its freezing in the gym. No heat! Weights are so cold you cant grab it for too long without your hand freezing up..

Okay, it looks a little dirty. The old call centre carpet tiles really need to go. But it's well equipped, hassle free, and affordable. They need to be more regular with the washing of the cleaning cloths.

Many equipments are not in working condition. Price is very high for the service and equipment they provide. There are many other gyms with better monthly rates.
