Very slow service, had an online pick up order and maybe 7 other items to get and was at the checkout for around 10 minutes, also the coupon i used online to get 50% off clearance items didn't work in store to get 50% off

Bright, tidy store, but it feels like the customer service is less than I have experienced in the past. They, like everywhere else operate on skeleton staffing and are doing as much as they can.

Thankful Thunder Bay has a Old Navy. They sell out fast of the M & L Ladies everything, get there earlier rather than later. Hours are great too so easy to find a time to visit!

I was so happy to walk in the store and buy my kid his black pants that he requires for school. So many sizes and more than 1 pair of the size he needed. I able to get a few pairs for him. I am one happy mom.
