I have never written a review in my life but the receptionist at this Rexall sure as hell deserves one. Absolutely the worst walk in clinic I have ever been to in my life. The receptionist clearly just likes sitting around chilling on her phone & most likely turns down anyone coming in for a walk in between 1pm-3:30pm since she probably thinks of this time as her lunch break. She was very quick to reject me when all I needed was a physical check up since I felt like something is wrong & I don’t have a family doctor…very hard to get one nowadays. The office was empty, there was no other patients but me. I came in to be checked by a DOCTOR which she was not a doctor but still denied me access to health care by a health care professional with my health card….she clearly forgets why walk in clinics exist…they exist so we don’t have to burden the ER with small problems that can be resolved at a walk in. Some people should just not be in the health care industry.

This pharmacy is awesome. Depending on when you go, it can be quite busy but I especially appreciate the kindness of the staff. The hours are not as convenient as some big box pharmacies but that is a trade off I am happy to make. The service is outstanding!

The staff at this Rexall constantly and consistantly go above and beyond to ensure I get the best care possible. They've made extra calls and pulled strings to get version codes for things to be covered that wouldnt normally be by my plan. They always try and find me the generic version if it isnt covered to save me money or find an alternative medication that is covered. This team has made such a positive difference in my health and I appreciate each of them very much.

Used this pharmacy for many years. Never had a bad experience, they were always helpful and professional. I pocked dialed them one time and they called me back to check on me to see if I was OK. Helpful and friendly staff.
