I'm a frequent online shoppers at RW&CO and have always been satisfied with the quality. Had to go to the store for a last minute item to complete my outfit. Monica was extremely knowledgeable while helping me find what I was looking for. Very satisfied with the customer service.

I have been a customer of RW&CO for a while and have always found great clothing. Nevertheless, the customer service was awful as I was spoken to very harshly by an employee. I don't plan to continue my loyalty as a customer any longer as this has been a recurring event.
