Tried using the pay at the pump option but it declined several of my cards, decided to fill up anyway and just pay inside, found out the system was down. There was 1 person ahead of me and 4 behind. The guy in front offered to get cash out of the atm on his own accord. Once I was at the till the clerk tried my cards again, then said he had to reset the system. Then he told me to use cash from the ATM, I informed them that I'd rather not due to the fees I'd have to pay, but he just said to use cash. So i got the cash,paid the $5 in fees to use the machine, then they gave me incorrect change. I was already out the door when i noticed. Probably not something that happens too often. Not a huge deal but still makes me not really want to go back :/

This store and station used to be wonderful 2-3+ years ago. Tony was there and you could bet your life savings-you would never find a more polite-friendly-customer service oriented person anywhere. There were other employees and 2-3 indigenous guys working there. Then it got sold or management changed and all those employees vanished and it was only employees from India.Why ?? The store had been amazing with its employees. Some left on their own after sighting complaints with new management, but where previous management seemed to use hiring laws to to to hire across diversity-now no inclusivity or diversity- only people from India ( who I have nothing against-I wish to go there) but fair is fair no matter who you are or where you originate from.Friday I was having my email provider delete my email account and all my valuable stuff in it- forever because I had not logged on and I could not because I forgot my password. To change it, I needed to have the code sent to my icloud email which I also rarely use and I did not realize that 3 weeks ago the emails stopped loading to it because I had not seen the email telling my money ran out and time to fill the account so my storage could be paid.Thurs the day before the deletion-I walked to the store ( I have no people for a ride and no transportation and takes 1/2 ) and was to I could not buy a card because the computers were down and it could not be activated. I asked several times and was difficult to get clear answers that were understandable and left without cards. Thought I could get back later -Fri 0with a person taking me to a practice ( dont know here well)-she refused to stop. It was night and I did not want to walk alone at night. Sat someone had me waiting at home all day for a repair job that never happened. Sun the lady picked me up for singing performance and I stood all day. My previous low back-hip and knee injuries flared up so bad-it was hard to walk. The lady said she would drop me at the store but not wait 2 minutes for me to go in and I would have to walk home but was in too much pain-dehydrated and very hungry. Thought I would go home and rest and call there and go later. I called 344-8075 at 3 pm hour-no answer. I called again at 4-5 hour-no answer. I called 2x during the 5-6 hour-no answer. I called 3x during the 6-7 hour-no answer. I called 7x during the 7-8 hour-no answer. I called another shell and they answered immediately and could not help me with shell cumberland not answering. I called 4x during the 8-9 hour-no answer. I called 2x until 9:30-no answer.I needed the card and had no one to go and did not want to walk 1 hour return trip in pain if they didnt have it and computers were still down......maybe they were closed ? I will call now to ask.Why is this station not answering its phone for 6 hours ?I just called today (( the following morning) and the phone was answered immediately. The guy said maybe last night the guy was busy. The internet shows the level of business and showed it as not busy, plus I tried massive amounts of times every hour at intervals. It was open -did he keep the ringer off I wonder ??The person today told me I could not purchase cards because the computer was down. When I asked- he said it was like that for 1 week or more. When I was in last- he didnt know when it would be resolved and now he said maybe in 2 days.Your guess is as good as mine

Stopped at this shell location to put 10$ of gas in my car quick before heading to work was planning on filling up later due to time , I get to the pre pay pump which has no indication of pre payment, as I sit wondering what’s going on the worker this morning at 7:28 February 2nd 2023 stands inside watching me struggle and doesn’t aid me in any way , I change pumps and again it is not working , the worker finally comes to see the issue and proceeds to tell me there is no supreme at this moment but WHERES THE SIGN you’d think they would have a sign so you don’t waste 15 minutes attempting to pump something that isn’t there. We switched to silver grade and it pumped 0.50 cents of gas in my car and then stopped , at this point I’m really late for work so I left hoping I’ll make it there , will never be going to any shell ever again horrible service

Got locked out in the cold so went to nearest store to warm up, bought some items and tried to call a taxi, I got kicked out in the freezing cold for looking "sketchy" I will never go to shell again.

Better price comparatively. But most of their petrol pumps are faulty. The nozzle still pumps fuel out due to gravity even if it is not engaged. Cashier gave lame reason to justify his explanation. Might overcharge.
