UPDATED...Even worse.I was at your store today. Junot and Red River Rd in Thunder BayWent to the post office to find a huge line, which is fine. One person working, which is ok as well. Then I see the Manager Caesar come out from the back because the worker had a question. So now both of them are trying to figure out an answer for the question. Needless to say once done the manager disappeared. Leaving what looked like a new person to fend for themself with a huge line. Another issue arose and again the manager came out and again both of them are working on it meanwhile the line is getting bigger.This manager Caesar, is just a horrible manager who doesn't seem to understand priorities. I waited over 30 minutes because Caesar wouldn't stay out front and help. You have 2 cash tills. Is one for decoration?This isn't the first time, but will be the last time.I went home and tried to call your store.Even worse service, nobody answers any department including pharmacy.So I wanted to talk to the owner but it is impossible to do so.So I will hit the owner where it hurts most. My family and I will be transferring all of our prescriptions to Walmart.We will no longer step foot into your store.No customer service, poor management and ZERO telephone service.Good luck.Signed.Lost customer.PS. I'll also be sharing my experiences on social media.Also I read the responses from the owner about other people's horrible experience. This owner could care less. JUST STOP GOING TO THIS LOCATION AND HOPEFULLY ONE DAY SOON IT WILL CLOSE.DONT SUPPORT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!I called again got through to rhe Cosmetic Department and asked fir the owner.I spoke to Maggy, the owner and she is full of excuses, no accountability.She could care less and her tone and actions support this.I will be having a chat with Shoppers head office on Consuners Road.When I lived on Toronto many years ago, the individual who started shoppers drug mart lived across the street from us.This Maggy is horrible no wonder why her postal manager is bad as well.

Applicable to the pharmacy. Firstly, the staff are generally helpful if you can get a hold of them and are usually great at answering questions. I do appreciate this is a busy field and time but there needs to be some improvements at this site. I've held off changing pharmacies due to location and convinience but service levels and delivery needs to be better managed. They "lose or don't receive" prescription faxes regularly which is concerning and a problem which they may want to address with their system provider or staffing. They have a hard time managing with long lines and often don't prioritize tasks properly. And they are terrible at answering their phone. I literally had to drive to the store to check if they had the prescription my doctor sent in to confirm receipt (because again they lose them) after trying to call for over 3 hours. I sure hope they make much needed improvements.

Tried to get in contact with the pharmacy on multiple occasions. Spend hours on hold don't even bother try to call it's a big waste of time. Just get your prescription filled at reputable pharmacy!

This pharmacy has 0 communication between the pharmacists and staff. They do not put notes on your file when you call, so if you speak to a different person about a particular issue or medication, they have no idea how to address the the issue. They also confirm when a medication will be ready for pickup, but when you go to pick it up, its not ready and you have to wait. They are severely short staffed and cannot train their staff properly.

The pharmacy service is not great, terrible staff, can't even call them, never get the medication ready on time.I have been there for 4 days to get the medication and the pickup line is always busy, the staff don't even know how to find my name in the system, asking help all the time, wasting our time, they say they don't get the prescription faxed even after 4 days, I confirmed with the doctors office many times and the fax was completed, but the pharmacy never he able to find the fax, saying excuses like check with other pharmacy always. A customer is never satisfied with the attitude of the staffs and their excuses, how can a patient get immediate treatment if they delay for getting the medication ready for 4,5 days, and its not easy to connect with a doctor again. Not everyone is driving and going to pharmacy and get disappointed is very frustrating, also some staffs don't even know where the medicine is kept and searching everywhere, not helping to find OTC medicines either?, its very sad situation, please find efficient staffs or train them well. It would be helpful to the public. Thank you.

Stay away from this place if you want live longer. prescriptions takes from 2 days to a week or more. If they cant do it on time on medicines better close. let people go somewhere else. Also their fax always in trouble.

I have to frequently call for med lists for patients - and 95% of the time the line is busy. And remains busy. Extremely frustrating when my job depends on it

Their idea of customer service is to put closed signs on all the regular checkouts and offer to run the self checkout for you "if you need help" when you make an inquiry to a nearby staff member. I don't want "help" I want SERVICE! I will shop elsewhere (not other Shoppers either).

Cashier refused to cash me out because I was paying with a card. Was forced to use the self check out.

i’m under 25 and the guy charged me $45 for my medication that i always get free at the other shoppers. i told him that people under 25 are covered under ohip and their prescriptions are free. he said “they changed it”. i called back a week or so later to get a refund and they said it was too late, so i literally wasted $50 on my med that i’m supposed to get free

I do not recommend this pharmacy. You will be on hold for 15min or more any time you try to call. Communication is not their strong suit.

Don't pick up your prescription here especially if u can't pick it up until later in the day bc you have to get your prescribing physicians office to fax it to them atleast twice (I usually call 3 seperate times) or else they won't get it and u will have to call the doc office and hope they are open still and can send it again or else ur SOL until u can call and get it faxed again.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR PRESCRIPTIONS. They mess up your prescriptions constantly. They never can find them if you're fortunate to get them refilled. Trying to get refills are next to impossible. No one in the pharmacy answers the phone. Completely mismanaged mayhem behind that counter.

The cashier was lovely yet the gentleman working the post office was terribly rude. Also store had Nothing in stock ,wont go back.
