Absolutely AMAZING customer service from Richard. While visiting Thunder Bay, we found ourselves desperately needing an item only found in Thunder Bay at Stride Orthopaedics & Footwear. This store and Richard went way above and beyond to help us over the weekend. Thank you! So very much appreciated. Very impressed.
