I had some bodywork done on my truck and I was very pleased. Carlo took very good care of me and the work was done in a reasonable time frame. Cara in the office will take good care of you and your needs and handles all the paperwork and dealt with the insurance company for me. A 5 star company for sure. My daughter while attending LakeHead University in Thunder Bay had her car damaged. Superior Autobody helped her navigate through all the insurance issues etc and were very helpful and transparent the whole way. The professionalism of the staff are second to none not to mention the job which they do.I strongly recommend this business.

I went to superior auto body for a quote, I stood there alone in the receptionist area for 30 minutes just to be told something that I already knew. They gave a reasonable quote, but as I was standing in the receptionist area.. I heard some guy in the shop revving my cars engine, another worker was yelling at him to stop.. and when I went outside to wait for my car, one of the workers backed it out of the bay door and parked it with the door open engine on right in front of the garage door.. professional.. that really made me upset and not want to do business with superior auto body..
