I recently went to this branch to request a large cash withdrawl. My original teller was very unpleasant in explaining a request had to be made prior and I would have to return another day to pickup the money. Further asking me why I wanted to take out cash and what it was for etc, which is none of their business. That visit would be a 1 star. However when I returned the following week, I was greated by a very friendly teller Kerry-Lyn. She was extremely pleasant and helpful and I was able to withdrawl cash no intrusive questions asked. More employees at this branch need to be like Kerry-Lyn, 5 stars for her.

I love dealing with this bank. Friendly kind knowledgeable staff. Smiles and happy people to deal with. Have been with this branch for years and it is top notch service. I love being a part of the TD family. Thanks to everyone at this branch.

Very rude customer service manager told the teller to remove my NSF fee as long as I hadn’t had one in the last 6 months. Then, she came over to her station and said “no we can’t remove it, you had one removed in 2017.” I explained that it wasn’t my fault the payment was returned as the student loan centre had sent an email saying payments would be deferred until March 21 and then took the payment in November. Said it was my responsibility to check my account. Why would I check for a payment I had no idea was coming? That makes no sense. I truly feel unvalued as a customer and will not be returning.
