Could not make it, talk to him, and told him about the circumstances that created the problem. Don't worry, we'll take care of your truck when you can get it here, true to his words. I got it there, and he squeezed me in. Work got done, and I was ready for the road. Thanks to Sean and his crew, from top to bottom, everyone there is the best!”
“Even though they were swamped with work, John took the time to test drive my car and diagnosed the drivetrain noise as a bad wheel bearing. I had already jacked up the car and checked the wheel bearings myself and they appeared to be okay, with no outwardly obvious issues so I was worried that the loud howling was coming from the transmission.
John was correct! I changed both front bearings and the howling was gone.”
