“Car engine started to stumble on my way from North Bay to Manitoby when I got to the traffic lights in TBay. Pleaded with Dealer. They had nothing for a week. They said give Preffed Auto a try they service Subarus as well. I had the pleasure of dealing with Stacie. They had a full day but they would see if they could squeeze me in. Dialogue with Stacie and techs was a pleasure. They had me out the door with new coils by 3:00. Great job, great service, highly recommend. I would have gave 5 stars if it were not for the exterior appearance. Put up an awning, clean up, cladding maybe.. make it as warm outside as it is inside the building. Thanks again !”

“DJ'S is by far the best place to deal with in Thunder Bay. His character speaks volumes above any shop in TBay. I had an appointment for a safety, but due to some unforeseen development. Could not make it, talk to him, and told him about the circumstances that created the problem. Don't worry, we'll take care of your truck when you can get it here, true to his words. I got it there, and he squeezed me in. Work got done, and I was ready for the road. Thanks to Sean and his crew, from top to bottom, everyone there is the best!”

“We had a major transmission failure as we were traveling through Thunder Bay. The closest auto repair recommended Daniars to us. When we called, Johnny offered to come and help us get our truck to his shop, then drove us to a car rental so that we could continue our journey. When we returned from our scheduled travels, the truck was done and running smoothly. Johnny had kept us updated during that time. Great customer service and a reliable repair. Thank you, Johnny and Lou.”
