Urban Planet is a fashion store with great sales and lots of variety. It is a good place for daily stuff, offering fabulous deals and amazing clothes options with varied options and nice colors. Customers looking to save money will find it is the correct place, as everyone can always afford to look their best with its everyday amazing prices. The shop itself is good and amazing. However, some caution is advised. The quality is as much as you pay for, so do not expect too much. There have also been issues with customer service, described as horrible, where staff can be rude and act like helping is a burden. In one case, a customer was not allowed to try items on and faced difficulties with a return. Additionally, in busy times, shoppers should be vigilant as there have been reports of pickpocketing in the store.

Horrible customer service.not recommend to anyone.staffs are not helpful at all.need to give them proper training for how to deal with customers.

Good place for daily stuff. Do not expect too much for qualityyou will receive it as much as you pay for. However, for daily stuff is really good and also there are varied options with nice colors.
