This place is a joke paid over 30 to get my photos done and leave with them at the same time but now over a week no photos 4 different recipt with all different album numbers and iv called 4 times to fix it with no help at all i deff recammed useing a different pic studio cause this one will just screw your stuff up

Took my children in to get holiday pictures done on black Friday. I ordered my prints and ended up ordering Christmas cards as well. Sat down with the photographer and chose the font and writing for the cards. Fast forward 2 weeks when I pick up my prints and cards. The cards are in black and white (supposed to be colour) and there is no writing on them. The photographer apologized for his mistake stating that the changes didn't save and he would put the correct order in right away and they would be in on dec 19. Well December 19 comes and my cards aren't there. The "manager" talks me in circles and says she'll have to talk to the photographer and he will call me when they figure out what happened. No one called, I called back and finally got through and she was unable to tell me where my cards with my children's pictures are. I had since mailed out the incorrect cards to our family in nova Scotia and Toronto because I had to get the out... I. Didn't order Christmas cards to send them AFTER Christmas. Now after all this I ask for my money to be refunded for the cards as I waited a significant amount of time for it to be corrected and she tells me that she needs the "rejected" prints back in order to help me any further. Never once was I told this, and they weren't "rejected" the were WRONG due to obviously more than one error on the photographers part. I've given them to family and friends for Christmas because that's what I ordered them for!! And they couldn't find my cards. I've emailed, called her manager and have not received a reply back from anyone as to where my cards are. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unfortunate situation.

Price for taking two passport photos is about twice as expensive as Staples, and they don't have the tools to cut the photos well. Do not recommend this portrait studio.

Fast friendly service and staff is great with both kids and family portraits! I saw Grad photos done while I was there too.
