“My BRAND NEW car was hit in a parking lot and the person who hit my car was honest and told me — we went through insurance and of course insurance wanted me to go to where they suggested. I was very hesitant as to where I wanted to go because my car was just a few months old. I ended up booking with whoever the insurance company wanted me to go to but I had a weird feeling and needed a second opinion. My car is a Ford from Ford Leamington - I called the dealer and asked where they service the cars from the dealer and they told me CSN Collison. I called them and I bet the owner can tell you she will remember how upset I was that my new car was hit and how insurance was messing around. When I asked for answers from insurance they were giving me the answers I wanted to hear but couldn’t prove to me that they were going to do what I wanted. So when I called CSN collision, the owner, was so wonderful and talked me through the entire process and ended with “you don’t have to choose us, It’s ultimately up to you.”She was so honest with what would happen, I told her what I wanted to happen with the car and she made it a dream come true. I bet she could hear the frustration I had and how worried I was about what was going to happen / be put back on the car. She booked me in to bring the car to assess (took less than 10 mins), when the parts came in (took a few weeks but no fault of hers or the body shop) she called me and we made an appt to get the car in — rental car was already at the body shop waiting for me. I dropped my car off at scheduled date and again less than 10 mins to go over the rental agreement and discuss next steps of work on my car.Monday my car went in, she started work on it almost immediately than Friday afternoon she called and it was ready. I went to the body shop and everything was ready, another 10 min visit — start to finish. She walked with me to my car and went over all the things that were fixed. I could’ve cried, my car looks better than it did coming off the lot. They detailed the entire inside of the car — even though the damage was entirely outside.Going forward, I will not follow the suggestions of the insurance company and continue to bring my car to CSN collision. She has restored my faith in body shops and her team did an EXCELLENT job from the time I walked in to have my car assessed to the time I picked up my car.Thank you CSN collision…I am one happy customer!”
