I can’t say enough good things about Moe at Lally ford, from the moment we stepped into the dealership he was so friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated how transparent he was throughout the whole process and how honest he was. Throughout the entire process it felt like we were old friends. He went above and beyond to get us a deal we were happy with and he was more than willing to let us test drive multiple vehicles to decide what we wanted. I was so pleased with the entire process and with all the staff we dealt with at our time there. I’ve never had such an easy transaction at a dealership before and I’ll be recommending Moe to everyone and he’s earned a customer for life!

The extremely young salesman was extremely insulting and condescendingwas talking to me like I am a child. I am appalled at the level of service my wife and I recieved, I have bought more cars than this boy has had in sales. Also asked to bring an offer to the manger, salesman decided to tell us our car is worthless and laugh in my face when I told him I could get more than their offer in scrap and then some. He needs a bit of a reality check and more training. He also forgot to give us the ownership for our car. So unprofessional.awful awful service from Brett. I will never step foot on this lot. Also he scratched at a rust spot (with his nail) and damaged my vehicle. If I scratched your vehicle, Lally in Tilbury, would I pay for repairs? I believe I would. You should fix the the damage that your salesman did. But we all know you won't even give this a reply. I don't care about your bottom line, I care about my finances and my car. Stop telling me to think of you because I don't care about you, you dont care about me, and thats your job. Also do your job and keep quiet and send an offer when you're told. Part of your job is to sell the offer, not plop down in the seat and do nothing to advocate for your client. Laziness and arrogance beyond belief here.Dear owner of the business you should see all the reviews about the arrogance of your staff. You also lost about Six customers so far, my mother was about to go to this lot to look at a car, she is now going someplace else , as well as a family friend.Oh @google are employees of a company allowed to write reviews for their own business? Found out you guys write your own reviews, you must have to, with your horrible service...

Worst experience my husband and I ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I went in thinking this was a business deal. The young man was so rude and he doesn't understand how negotiating works. He seemed to take personal insult to my husband and I's ŕfirst offer. We I have never heard of anyone coming to a dealership just going in at full price. And he kept saying "what about me", "what about if I did this, that's not fair, right?". He refused to even bring other offers over to the manager, which my husband expected a negotiation. My husband was also furious when he watched a car salesman, scratch our vehicle with his nail he says he has never seen a salesman scratch a car. My husband was furious at this point, Im sure thats why we lowered our offer from what we were going to start at. Brett did nothing to help us, he could barely find the keys for the car we were looking at, and he spent no time with us. The other salesman we saw did all the work for him and actually gave us service.The young salesman made me feel very uncomfortable with his tone, body language, especially as a woman. He got aggressive, he was waving his hands around almost directing us to leave. Raising his voice at my husband, who just asked him to pressent an offer like he is supposed to. Raising his voice was unnecessary. My husband and I both felt very insulted, all he kept telling us was "your car isnt worth it, you wont get it". I will never go to a car dealership that hires staff that try to use aggression and intimidation as a sales tactic and makes me feel very uncomfortable. My husband is so insulted with the service that I stopped him from trying to call the owner of Lally. My husband and I will never go to any Lally owned dealership again, all it takes is one bad first impression.

We've bought/leased many vehicles over our lifetime and this was our 4th one from Lally Ford. We are so pleased with the service and deal we received from Don Makra. Anyone in sales should definitely take notes from this man. He's honestly the best we have EVER dealt with. He went above and beyond for us and my father in law. Thank you very much Don! We love our trucks! Hats off to you!

Amazing service! I will always deal with Lally Tilbury and recommend them. I had ordered a vehicle, but after needing one sooner than expected, they found me a vehicle right away, were kind and caring about my situation, and made the process easy and stress free. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of in any way. A great dealership and worth the drive from the city

Purchased many cars from Lally over the years I also purchased maintenance packages and extended warranty’s on most of them. Come to find out maintenance package is useless and the extended warranty they sold me is junk Recently took my truck to another dealership and they told me they won’t sell these extended warranty’s because they’re not very good. Waiting 9 weeks now to get an ok to get the truck fixed. I bought these services for piece of mind what a waste of money.
