I ran into Shoppers tonight for a quick stop, and I ended up having such a wonderful experience. Eduardo F. was working at the cosmetics counter, and is enthusiasm and expertise in his department were a breath of fresh air. He was considerate, kind, and thoughtful. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into a lovely visit. He even politely promoted an upcoming event - without being pushy. I look forward to returning again. Thanks Eduardo - you really made my evening!

I wanted to commend the staff at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Tilbury for exemplary service.The specific employee was a pharmacist.You have to understand that I have been experiencing complications with long Covid.I struggled for 16 months after my initial onset with Covid. My issues were difficulty breathing, brain fog, lack of energy, and more. I’ve had every breathing test done with no active results. I have two Respirologists, a cardiologist, an internist, a family doctor, a speech therapist, and a respiratory therapist. I have had no success finding anything to help my issues. I have tried a lot of different things both prescribed and not prescribed.I was contacted by Shoppers Drug Mart for a simple med check. You know the whole song and dance where they go through all of your medications, vitamins, and so on. They make sure that your medications are active and up-to-date. They even go over your vitamins! I was even told at what time of day and what combination of vitamins and medications would best optimize my results with my health. I certainly wasn’t getting the right or most optimal combinations myself. ? I guess this is why we call them professionals! ?While I was speaking to the pharmacist, she offered an idea to combat my long Covid symptoms. A very simple fix. She even managed to reach out to my family doctor and get it prescribed so all I simply had to do is pick up the medication the next day. The simple fix that was worth trying was an allergy medication. Reactine. After all I had been through, all I had tried, and all that I was feeling - it felt like trying an allergy medication, left me with nothing to lose. ??♀️Well, let me tell you. It didn’t work right away… Because, of course, my body was so out of balance. But after a few weeks, I noticed a difference. And now, after three months, I feel completely normal.Reactine! Who knew? But I can honestly say, if the pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart in Tilbury hadn’t suggested it, I would never have tried it. I would still be suffering, struggling, and questioning how I could get through life like that!I guess you could say that the Pharmacist in Tilbury literally saved my life. I cannot even explain the quality of life change that I am experiencing now. I’m not at all being dramatic, I honestly feel this way!Thank you Shoppers in Tilbury! Yvette, you have a wonderful staff!

Please take down the open until 10pm sign on the store and update the hours on your door. Its very misleading as I tried to go at 7:30 this past weekend along with a lot of other people who were as frustrated as me and the store was closed. Never thought to google the hours as there is a giant open until 10pm sign on the location and the sticker on the door which ive always trusted.

I'm inquiring what time do you actually close.On the sign on the parkinglot it says 10pmThen a temp sign said sat close at 6pm and I went in at 5pm and its closed and no notice posted.

If I could put zero stars I would! All of the great Pharmacist have left, when you try to contact the pharmacy you are on hold at least 15 minutes. Today, hardly any staff, 8 people in line waiting for prescriptions. One cashier and they give you a dirty look, wanting you to use the self checkout. Completely unacceptable!

There wasn't a real cashier anywhere in sight, and a mile long line up for the self check out which kept screwing up. The people ahead of me would press the button for assistance and it would take over 5 minutes for someone to appear from the back room to fix it. There were about 10 people ahead of me several with carts full of stuff, so I put my stuff down and walked out because I didn't have 40 minutes to waste in the line for self check out. ?

I took 2 stars because of the one pharmacist staff members who lied to try to make me look like I was lying, all because they miscounted my script. She kept lying about how many I handed her to correct which confused me and I looked like a fool... MEANWHILE.....she was bullsh$#!??ING us. During covid restrictions, the same pharmacist helper tried to tell me and my wife we couldn't be within 6 feet of each other. We complied, but really???!. Get bent. The rest of the people that work here, and in the pharmacy are always amazing, helpful and friendly. Something I appreciate from small town stores. I didn't like the fact they close early now, but it didn't end up effecting me.

I've never had a great experience here, but they typically have the things I need in stock. Their cosmetology associate is usually friendly and helpful, however there are usually no other employees around to help with check out and if there are, they are not friendly or overly helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely useless. Poor communication. I PAID for my prescription, yet was shorted 53 pills and given 7. Tried to go get the remainder of them to be told they don't have them. And don't know when they'll be in. Yet no one bothered to call me and communicate this to me. Soooo I guess I have to suffer? Useless. Will be going elsewhere.

I generally use delivery services for my prescription but they made a mistake on the Last refill. So I had to get a partial refill. I went to pick it up today and the customer service/assistant couldn't be bothered to help Customers. Was On her phone standing at the computer. Yep pharmacist were verifying scripts and one had already stayed past her shift. After waiting 11 minutes the pharmacist asked her (the assistant) to help serve the small. Line that had formed. This lack of attention to customers was enough for me to decide to move my future prescriptions over to the phamasave. I felt zero value as a customer after today's experience. The unnecessary wait definitely left a sore spot.

If your looking to get something last minute late a night don't hold your breath. got here 20min to closing for a few itmes and wasn't able to get in. I'd imagine most poeple at this hour are only in the store for 5 min so very disappointing. I would understand maybe 5 min but even a fast food place will still serve 5 to closing.

The pharmacy staff are dishonest in their communication and do not respect the privacy of their customers. They lack integrity and the ability to listen to your needs. I also found them to be incompetent with their ability to ensure prescriptions are on time and correct. I would not recommend this location as they lack all the skills required to provide an accurate and positive customer experience.

The lady manager at this store decided to throw out my wife out of the store because she can't wear a mask. We've walked in that store many a time without any issues except for this time. My wife was carrying a baby and a small child was along for the walk. She was going in there to get some last minute groceries and this reptile of a woman decided to chick her out of the store. I don't care what you think about COVID, but this right here is dehumanizing and it needs to stop!! This is liberties and rights being trembled on at the highest level and it needs to stop before anyone gets hurt.

Just transferred my prescriptions to Shoppers Tilbury. Ms. Hennessey attended to this immediately, reviewed the quantity I need, types of containers, etc. Very professional, supportive and understanding. Excellent customer service.
