I'd give 10 stars if I could...The team at Tilbury Auto Sales & RV are absolute professionals. I did a lot of research before buying an RV - where to go, what to get, etc.. Their sales team only had my families enjoyment in mind. They answered all questions, provided all the help I needed and made the buying experience enjoyable.Their no-pressure approach made it very comfortable.Since the RV purchase, I've been being my vehicles in for service there! Their service team is amazing. Knowledge and helpful.Thanks again! -Jamie

Outstanding service, recently purchased a car from this dealership.as we all know buying a car could be very stressful but Sale rep Jake Conlon and Wholesale Manager Cole Lepine & Lindsay Belanger delivered outstanding service.They did not leave any question without answer.Truly it was one of the best transaction I had in this nature.From the time that I made contact and requested info about this car to the time car was delivered and I had the key in my hands was flawless.professional and out standing service.Thank you

A big thank you to Tilbury Auto Sales Service Department for their impeccable service. They took my car into their garage immediately to a full inspection, top up all fluids, oil change and rotation of the tires to ensure my car could safely travel 5000 km. I'm happy to report my car made it to Fort Lauderdale and back to Windsor without a problem. A huge thank you to Tony and Mike for this amazing experience. I recommend TAS service Department to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Great experience dealing with Shayna and the team to purchase our first camper! My wife and I bought her a brand new 2021 Yamaha V Star 250 in July of 2022. We were very happy with the sales guy Dillon who, unfortunately is no longer there. My wife rode her bike for approximately 500kms when she started to experience fuel issues. The bike was losing power and would stall. Since we bought the bike at Tilbury, I took it back there to have them look at it to fix whatever the problem was. Eventually, after half a dozen calls over a 3 week period I was told the bike was ready. When I picked it up I assumed there would be no charge because the bike had a 1 year warranty. So, I was very surprised when I was handed a bill for almost $300.00. I asked why this wasn't covered under warranty and I was told that they would "Look into it with Yamaha." On the work order it was written that the fuel mixture was set wrong "FROM THE FACTORY" and to be able to fix it they had to drill out a screw and make the adjustment. So after 12 phone calls and another 6 weeks I finally was given the answer "It's not covered under warranty because it's a maintenance issue." I almost fell off my chair. So my wife sent an email to Yamaha customer service on August 28, 2023. There was no reply. She re-sent the email on September 8, 2023 and finally got a response today, September 20, 2023. The Yamaha guy said "I have reviewed the invoice and the technicians notes but I'm afraid this doesn't qualify as a manufacturer's defect. The dealer charged for clraning the carb and took it upon themselves to increase the fuel mixture to address the issue." Again, I'm in shock that this dealership took it upon themselves to do this but am further shocked that a company the size of Yamaha just washes their hands of an issue with one of their dealerships. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TILBURY AUTO & RV FOR ANYTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY FOREIGN TO THEM, EVEN ON A PRODUCT THEY SELL.

They delete all bad reviews. Would never recommend them. Bought a truck and in less the 60 days it needd 6000 in repairs. Found out the error was cleared 189 times but they didn't know anything about it. No support no offer of payment. Horrible place

I recently purchased an Explorer from Tilbury Auto Sales. It’s in great shape, and is adored by my family.The staff were kind and helpful, and it was a hassle-free experience.The carfax was presented without having to ask and they ensured that the recalls had been taken care of, with the paperwork to prove it. They were straight-up, to the point, and were willing to answer any and all questions or concerns.It was a pleasure dealing with them. Thank you.
