“Disappointed, not in the branch but in the Royal Bank. I cant invest in the bank through thr bank other than on a very small scale. Investing must be done online whichvi don't want to do. Very disappointing for a bank making humongous sums of money that won't offer this service. Also, cant contact the branch, any branch by phone. Must call the contact centre which still doesn't let you speak to the branch. The banks all do this, all banks can afford to have someone to answer phones at all branches.”
