Customers BEWARE!
Terrible service, poor communication, overcharging on labour for minor routine jobs. Don't even bother booking an appointment. You still need to wait 2-3 hours. My husband and I brought a few of our vehicles here in the past with no issue and reasonable rates. Not sure what has changed. But service here has gone to shit. We had 2 other mechanics quote for the same job after the fact (with bill in hand), just to confirm that we were ripped off and charged more than double.
Save your time and hard earned money, and go elsewhere. Find a reputable, competent, and honest shop. Needless to say, we will not be returning. It's sad to see that this is how business is being conducted nowadays.

Worst shop ever unorganized unprofessional lack of communication make an appointment for 8am drop off my vehicle sits all day to tell me nothing is wrong and charge me $180 even tho my check engine light was on to have spark plugs change .....pathetic don't waste your time with these clowns go to a real shop

Clean environment, lots of parking, good price, nice staff, descent waiting time. The seating area was comfortable. M&J Tirecraft doesn't have the feel of a garage. It's quiet and no smells of the garage area while you wait. Options of coffee, candy, HG tv, and lots of windows for natural light.

I recently got new rims as well as tires, I had no issues. They had quoted tire monitors, which my car didn't need so they did not charge me for them. Will definitely go back, thanks for the great service!

Long story short, they put 3 extra litres of oil in my engine after an oil change and caused a world of problems.Thankfully another shop found the issue and my car is back to normal after months of it acting up.

I had a tire with low air pressure. They took me in right away, corrected the problem and then didn't charge me anything. I am very happy that I got the tires from them because they really look after their customers.

Major safety concerns with their service!! Decided to give them a try. I only needed winter tires that I already had put on rims and tires balanced. You would think that switching my winter tires over would also include making sure they were full of air… Service was quick. As soon as I turned on my car my dash lit up saying low tire pressure, I went back in to let them know. The front desk told me don’t worry about it and that I needed to drive it for 10 minutes to clear the dash. What a joke! Returned home where my dad easily pulled up my tire pressure on my dash, all my tires at 15 psi. At this point they were closed. Had to run to a gas station to put more air in them to make it even safe to drive. I don’t have high hopes that they are balanced either but haven’t drove at high speeds yet. I will never be returning for more service since they can’t even do this simple task.
