“Very timely and professional service. Called late pm on a Mon. Service call was the next day. Parts were required (which came overnight). All parts were installed on Wed. He tested both appliances. Both are working better than new. Would highly recommend him.”

“I just moved here from down south and was really nervous to go into The Brick. Down south the sales reps bum rush you outside the store and start questioning you before you can even walk through the doors. I get very overwhelmed and feel pressured into buying stuff I wasn't even looking, but THIS Brick!...
As soon as I pulled up to the store I was expecting someone outside ready to pounce but no one was outside! Then when I walked in I was expecting to have all the sales reps at the front door, ready to fight over a customer, again no one was there! As I was looking around, making my way through the store, the lady behind the desk greeted me with a smile and asked if there was anything she could help me with, she pointed me in the right direction and allowed me to browse without hovering over my shoulder!

A few moments later our sales rep( Jamie) approached us. He was amazing! He offered his advice instead of just telling us to go with the most expensive set they had. He showed us different options for the different sets we were looking at. He explained why some couches feel comfy and why some feel stiffer. ( which was my favorite part, as I am a very picky couch buyer. I am Goldilocks but with couches instead of beds). He made it feel like we weren't in a store talking to a sales rep, it felt more like we were having a discussion with a friend about couches!
I have never left any Brick stores with a smile on my face, but I sure did leaving this Brick!
I would highly recommend this Brick for anyone that has anxiety while shopping!

Highly recommend trying this place out! They’ve replaced my stove element twice now over the years. Now I can bake my cookies!”
