“There is a ramp up into the bank that is located on the right side of the front door. The door is automatic opening making it easy to get to the automatic tellers located in the foyer. The entrance into the main part of the bank is also automatic. The queue for the tellers is set up in a less than optimal arrangement that requires you to walk to the back of the bank before walking back to the front (not a long walk but it is unnecessary for handicapped people).”

“This bank is bright and spacious, is staffed by a well educated and a caring group of people. They have gone out of their way to make sure I get the service I need, understand what I am getting and resolve financial problems when they occur. The bank has a handicap parking space and an automatic door opener on the front door. There is a back door in from the parking lot but it requires going up two steps to get into the bank.”

“The bank hours are the best in the business and always appreciated! It's unfortunate the entrance where the ATM's are located must be locked up and are inaccessible after hours due to the high crime area. Otherwise a great bank with good people!”
