“I only used the ATM located inside the building. It has some pretty cool features, like a touchscreen and the ability to tap your card to access banking services after entering your PIN.”
“The bank hours are the best in the business and always appreciated! It's unfortunate the entrance where the ATM's are located must be locked up and are inaccessible after hours due to the high crime area. Otherwise a great bank with good people!”
“I had an issue with one of the Bank machines at the Pine Street location. One of the employees, Rin, came right over to address the problem immediately. She resolved things in a few minutes! Well done! Great service! Thank you, Rin!!”
“This bank is bright and spacious, is staffed by a well educated and a caring group of people. They have gone out of their way to make sure I get the service I need, understand what I am getting and resolve financial problems when they occur. The bank has a handicap parking space and an automatic door opener on the front door. There is a back door in from the parking lot but it requires going up two steps to get into the bank.”

“Nice cozy little bank atmosphere: super helpful clerks. Have always had my concerns addressed! Wait times are a bit long but to be expected I suppose! They seem to have adapted to the pandemic quite nicely... felt safe!”
