Visited the geek squad w my senior mother to get some assistance w an iPad. Our technician Devang was extremely patient and kind w mom, took extra time to explain things and even offered her a chair while waiting. Customer service at its finest.

Service used to be excellent. Now it's just new faces and they all look too exhausted to help you. The lady behind the desk was actually banging her head on the desk when I needed help. Very poor attitudes and high prices.
