90+ mins to get through to customer support. And still didn’t get through.
I gave a 1 star initially. But the service in store was so good I updated to 3.

My wife and I had outstanding service from Brittany on our recent visit to assist us with both a streaming and phone issue. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, which is not that common these days. Our concerns were fixed promptly, and it was such a pleasure in comparison to dealing with Bell customer service.
