I always get amazing service at our local SoftMoc store. Staff is extremely helpful and the manager is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. All retail stores could take a lesson from this one. Thanks for all the great help i get.

Excellent customer service. Always have a great experience. Had a problem with 1 pair in f boots. The zipper was defective and they replaced them right away. I have bought many pairs and that was the first one I ever had a problem with.
